GameDay Music ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using the GameDay Music app or website, you agree to the practices described here.
GameDay Music LLC is an Illinois limited liability company. The GameDay Music iOS app is a sports audio management tool for coaches — it manages walk-up music, AI voice player introductions, sound effects, and game day audio for youth and amateur sports teams.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the app's features:

We do not collect: location data, health data, microphone recordings, contacts, or calendar data.
GameDay Music is designed for use by coaches — adults who manage sports teams. The app is not directed at children under 13. Coaches may enter player names and parent contact information for their roster. We treat this data with care and store it securely in Firebase Firestore, scoped only to the authenticated coach's account.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information directly, please contact us at support@gamedaymusic.app and we will promptly delete it.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.
We share data only with the third-party services necessary to operate the app:
We do not share your data with any other third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Firebase Firestore data is secured with rules that restrict access to authenticated account owners only — no other user can read or write your data. We do not store payment card data; all payment processing is handled by Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, contact support@gamedaymusic.app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
